Advocate Bagesh Kumar Singh founded the practice and leads its litigation and advisory work. Over more than twenty years at the Bar he has appeared before the Supreme Court of India, the High Courts, the Debt Recovery Tribunals and DRAT, the NCLT, NCDRC, NGT, CAT and the district courts of Delhi NCR.

Much of his work sits where money, companies and procedure meet: demand notices and insolvency petitions, their defence, claims in the resolution process, recovery before the DRT, and appeals before the NCLAT. His postgraduate training in computer applications gives him working fluency with electronic evidence and e-filing, and shapes a practice that is structured and document-driven.

Advocate Sanjeev Kumar Kansal brings a combination that is rare at the Bar: senior service as an IES officer of the Government of India and experience as an arbitrator. He leads the practice's company-law and insolvency work before the NCLT and the NCLAT.

Having sat as an arbitrator, he looks at a case the way a tribunal does: what has to be proved, which documents prove it and how the order will be reasoned. He advises on insolvency petitions and their defence, resolution plans, avoidance transactions, oppression and mismanagement, and schemes of merger and arrangement. His years in government inform his advice on public-sector matters, and he also handles matters involving the Enforcement Directorate and the CBI.
