Advocate B.K. Singh founded Advocate BK Singh & Associates (Legals365) and leads its litigation and advisory work. Over more than twenty years at the Bar he has appeared before the NCLT and NCLAT, the Supreme Court of India, the High Courts, DRT and DRAT, NCDRC, NGT, CAT and the district courts of Delhi NCR, acting for creditors, companies, promoters, guarantors and individuals.
About
An unpaid debt can lead to a demand notice, an insolvency petition before the NCLT, a claim in the resolution process, an appeal to the NCLAT and, in the end, an appeal before the Supreme Court. Advocate B.K. Singh's practice is built to carry a matter through each of those stages with one consistent strategy.
Much of his work sits where contracts, money and procedure meet. He has acted as recovery counsel for public-sector banks and NBFCs, and equally represents borrowers, guarantors and MSMEs, which means he knows how a recovery or insolvency case is put together from both sides of the table. That experience shapes how he prepares a petition, a reply or an appeal, and when he advises that the IBC is not the right route at all.
His postgraduate training in computer applications (MCA) alongside law gives him working fluency with electronic evidence, e-filing before the NCLT and NCLAT, and records held on the MCA and information utilities, and underpins a practice that is structured, document-driven and comfortable with digital records.
“Over two decades at the Bar have taught me that results follow preparation, and every matter we take on is prepared as if it will be argued in the highest court.” Advocate Bagesh Kumar Singh, Firm Profile 2026-27
