Advocate Sadhna Singh is a Partner at Advocate BK Singh & Associates (Legals365). She works with the practice on its litigation and advisory matters, including client consultations, drafting and appearances before the courts and tribunals of Delhi NCR.
About
Many clients first meet the practice through a consultation: a demand notice has arrived, a company has stopped paying, or a hearing before the NCLT is close. Advocate Sadhna Singh works with clients at that stage, understanding what has happened and what papers exist, so that the matter starts on the right footing.
She drafts the notices, pleadings and applications that follow, and appears before the NCLT and the courts and tribunals of Delhi NCR. Working alongside Advocate B.K. Singh and Advocate Sanjeev Kumar Kansal, she helps carry a matter from the first review of documents through to the final order.
