An NCLT case is heard by the bench that covers the state where the company's registered office is, not where the creditor is or where the contract was signed. A Noida company goes to NCLT Allahabad, a Gurugram company to NCLT Chandigarh and a Delhi company to the New Delhi benches. Appeals go to the NCLAT, and from there to the Supreme Court on questions of law. This page lists every bench and the cities we cover, with a page on each.
Our offices are in Dwarka (New Delhi) and Vaishali (Ghaziabad). For benches outside Delhi NCR we work with associate counsel, and many hearings now take place by video. If you are not sure which bench hears your case, start with all NCLT services or the guide on which NCLT bench will hear my case, or send us your papers.
